Podcast Episode: Pacey's Creek
Shahroo Izadi is a London-based Behaviour Change Specialist and, incidentally, your host's new friend. I first heard Shahroo on the Deliciously Ella podcast and instantly knew she was of us. Those of us who’ve recognized that feeling better about being single (or literally anything, really) is actually a thing that’s possible. If we’re unhappy, if we want to change something, we can. As someone who spent the better part of a decade in a hellhole-esque singlehood, I found it incredibly inspiring and uplifting to speak with Shahroo.
If you'd like to hear two people discuss the behaviors and habits of singles in a way that's leveled-up beyond the bullshit "ugh dating sucks why am I single" diatribe, you're in the right place. This episode is a must-listen for anyone interested in implementing change in their lives from a place of compassion and kindness, rather than restriction and rigid rules. Press play and hang out with two Dawson's Creek-generation women who preferred Pacey right from the start.
Apologies for the sound of wind in the background, this episode was recorded during a hurricane Isaias-related storm.
