Podcast Episode: There's Always An Upside
Jen Gotch, founder of ban.do, mental health advocate, and champion of optimism, just wrote a book. The Upside Of Being Down was released last week and is currently sitting at the very top of a rather colorful pile of non-fiction on my coffee table. A book is a big deal, one that usually comes with a big tour, and lots of events celebrating this major accomplishment and promoting the book all around the country, but then Coronavirus happened, and here we are. A longtime professional and personal inspiration of mine, this episode with Jen is a powerful reminder that truly, no matter what happens, it's important—and comforting—to find the upside.
