Podcast Episode: It Wasn't All Sh*tty
This week’s episode marks the last one of 2019 (don’t cry, I’ll be back in two weeks), and to wrap up the year, I’m welcoming a guest who has been gracious enough to chat with me about a topic I know is important to a lot of us: single motherhood. Emily Morris is an author, librarian, and freelance journalist living in Manchester, UK. She's a fierce feminist and a single mother to a 13-year-old son. Her 2017 memoir, My Sh*tty Twenties, tells the story of her experiences through early single motherhood. This is a great listen for anyone who has made the decision or is considering the decision to become a single mom. Or mum, in Emily’s case.
